In June 2016, I spoke on a panel at Social Media Mastery to talk about Social Media strategy for corporate brands. I shared my learnings from running the Social Media strategy at Flight Centre for 5+ years including how to execute a blended digital marketing strategy for a brick and mortar brand and how to measure Social ROI. I was joined by other panelists from Blenz coffee, VanCity Buzz/the Daily Hive, and SPUD.ca.
