In October of 2016, I presented to the Travel Alberta Tourism Industry about Why Advocacy Should be Part of Your Marketing Strategy. I shared the importance of Advocacy and how it can help to move your business forward. Tactics included how to launch an Ambassador program, how to work with influencers, and how to execute a successful employee advocacy program using case studies from roles at Hootsuite and Flight Centre.

The conference had more than 600 industry partners from across Alberta coming together to network, learn and celebrate Alberta’s dynamic tourism industry.
