The Digital Clean Up
Spent the entire day sorting through my online life and cleaning up all the files and folders on my Computer and hard drives. I wrote a couple weeks ago that I was going to sort through all the clutter, and damn it feels good to say it’s all done!

I found so many videos I completely forget I had shot which means I have some serious editing time ahead of me. But it’s all good. Since I got the new Final Cut X a few months ago, I find the best way to learn all the new features is simply by practise (well that and Lynda.com of course).
Another program which I’m so happy I discovered a few months ago is Summify. If you haven’t check it out yet, I seriously encourage you to do so! I find it impossible to stay on top of all the news, updates and blogs every day, which is where Summify plays a big part – through a daily e-mail I get at the end of each day which gives me a summary of popular news stories and posts that were shared amongst the people I follow on Twitter. Speaking of which, they were just acquired by Twitter! So great to see start-ups get the money and recognition they deserve. This idea was simply ingenious and I’m glad to finally see this partnership.

okay, I’m going to try it! Thanks Alicia!
boo hoo! they’ve closed new registrations due to their acquisition… and there doesn’t seem to be a summify for android (unless it just doesn’t show up anymore in the market for the same reason)
Is that your desk? I’m thinking that might be a good option for us when we arrive…
I second the boo for disabled new accounts. Too. Much. Information.
Going to give this a try. I also need to clean up all my computer stuff. Thanks.
